Who picks the venue?

You would pick and secure the venue. Once the venue is secured, we can start building your proposal package around that space. We are excited to set up your proposal at any approved location appropriate (Example: Public Parks, Rooftops, Event Venues, etc.)

*Please note: We need to approve your location first. We also charge a travel fee for locations outside of our accepted travel range.

Will you travel to a location outside of your travel range?

Yes! We love to travel and explore new places! We will charge a travel fee for locations outside of our accepted travel range.

Can I rent just the arch for an event? I don’t need a proposal set up.

Yes, we do rent out our arches for events! For the Luxury Rose Arch rental, Set up and Break down is included. That rental also includes 4 hours of rental time. If you’d like additional time, just let us know and we can accommodate that for an additional fee. 

*Please note: Candles, flowers, vases, etc are not included in this rental. Just the arch.

*Please note: rental must be paid in full 1 week prior to your secured date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your rental.

How far in advance do I need to book with you?

Due to limited date availability, the sooner, the better! For all events we do ask that they are booked at least 1 week in advance. In the event that you book less than 1 week in advance, full payment will be required to book the event or rental.

Can I come pick-up the arch if I am just renting it?

Due to the arch needing to be professionally set up and broken down, we do not allow for pick-ups. Any service would include us setting up and breaking down the arch on location.

Who handles set up and break down?

We do! We want to make this as stress-free as possible! Proposal set-up and break down is included in all of our packages.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

We understand that life happens! Due to limited date availability, the deposit is non-refundable. However your deposit is reimbursed in the form of credit towards future events if you are interested in rescheduling. You are able to reschedule or cancel at least 1 week prior to your secured date.

What happens if I pick an outdoor venue and it is supposed to rain?

We will do our best to keep up with the weather prior to your event. However like life, weather does happen! We will help with moving your proposal to an indoor location or assist with rescheduling for a future date due to inclement weather.

How many people can be at the proposal?

This is your special moment! If you want 100 people there or just you two, it is completely up to you!

How do I book a proposal package?

We are so excited to make your dreams a reality! Booking is easy. You will pay the deposit to secure your date and that deposit is deducted from the total price. Once we set up your consultation and create your proposal package, we will send over an invoice for the remaining balance.
